Our AI voice supports English and Chinese with the highest quality results. Other languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.) may work but with varying quality. The app interface is available in English and Chinese. We're continuously improving language support - follow us for updates!
Standard videos take ~1-2 minutes to generate (5-second video output). Pixar style transformation may take 2-3 minutes as it includes an additional AI processing step. During peak hours, times may be slightly longer.

Currently, our AI works best with one pet per video. For photos with multiple pets, the AI will focus on the most prominent face. We recommend using individual pet photos for the best talking animation results.
Your privacy is important to us. Original photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing. Generated videos are retained for 30 days so you can access, download, and share them. After 30 days, videos may be automatically deleted. We never share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data transfers. Your account information is stored securely with encrypted passwords. We never store credit card details - all payments are processed by Creem, a PCI-compliant payment provider.
You do! All videos you create belong to you. With Creator Plans, you also receive commercial use rights. We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use your videos without explicit permission.
Yes, you can request complete account deletion at any time by emailing support@mytalkingpet.ai. We will delete all your personal data, including any remaining photos and video history, within 30 days of your request.
Videos are only accessible via their unique share link - they're not indexed by search engines or publicly listed. Only people you share the link with can view the video. You can delete shared videos from your account at any time.
Don't worry - your gems are automatically refunded if generation fails. Common fixes: try a different photo with better lighting; use a front-facing photo where the pet's face is clearly visible; ensure the image file isn't corrupted. If issues persist, contact support@mytalkingpet.ai.
